Hourly Coaching Sessions

Enjoying your training progression but want more? You can book hour-long sessions that are virtual (call, zoom, etc) or in person. These sessions are designed to fine-tune your experience and add even more value.

When you book your hour you get any of the following options:

  • In person training - note that gyms are very strict about only allowing their own employeed trainers to work with their membership. In person training sessions need to be held outside at a pre-determined location and can include the following:

    • Plyometrics

    • Track running

    • Speed and agility

    • Free weights

  • In person or zoom - discuss or modify the fine details of your program. If you have a specific training goal we can break down the ‘why’ of the exercises you are currently doing. This option can also include discussion on:

    • Nutrition - personal trainers are encouraged not to make specific dietary recommendations or create meal plans. That is for Registered Dietician Nutritionists. However, trainers can discuss the basics of nutrition and help with fueling strategies for optimal performance.

If you want to take your fitness to the next level, these sessions are the perfect solution. Each hourly session costs $50 and can not be cancelled or refunded within 48 hours.
